Some Notes About Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING NOTE AS OF 9/17/21- Australia has suspended all postal shipments from the US. Thus, we are unable to make any shipments to Australia until further notice.

PLEASE NOTE - AS OF January 1, 2021 we are not longer shipping the UK or the EU. In order to ship to either of those entities, we are required to collect and pay VAT to the respective governments. We are a non-profit foundation and not a tax collection agency. The, regrettably, we are suspending any shipments to the UK or countries within the EU.

If you are using PayPal, the shipping costs shown are estimates. PayPal does not have a formula for calculating shipping that makes it simple to use. Books are more expensive to ship than medals or chapel veils, and the estimated shipping costs are based on dollar value.

If you are billed more than the actual cost of shipping and handling, we will send a refund for the difference through your PayPal account. If the estimated cost of shipping is not sufficient (as happens on overseas shipments from time to time) we will request that we might bill you for the difference through PayPal. We apologize for this system being imperfect - we just want to make sure it is equitable.

Because of the rising cost of shipping costs, in the U.S. we have had to go to Priority Mail for most shipments because standard domestic shipping does not provide for package tracking. We do have Delivery Confirmation on most shipments within the U.S. If you wish for your package to be upgraded to Express Mail, Insured, or with Recipt Confirmation, please call or e-mail us for a quote on the shipping.

If you have ordered an item, it is in unused condition, and within 14 days of receiving it, and you wish to return it, please call or e-mail us for instructions. Returns will be credited only with the cost of the item, not shipping. We will replace/refund defective items, including shipping.

REGARDING FOREIGN SHIPMENTS: The minimum order we can accept for shipment out of the United States is $4.00. PayPal does not provide for limiting orders so any orders for less than $4.00 (U.S.) will be refunded and the order cancelled. We do not accept responsiblity for shipments out of the U.S once the shipment is in the hands of a shipper. If the customer wishes to purchase insurance for the shipment, or send with special instructions or care, such a over-night or express, please contact us by e-mail or telephone at 402-895-2000.
